    Portrait of Rachel Futter
    Photography and Scanography

    Rachel Futter

Namibian-born photographer with a focus on abstract and fine art photography. Alongside a career in conservation, travel and fieldwork have opened doors to places and moments rarely seen, shaping a unique body of work that invites viewers to engage with images through their own lens of interpretation.  Recently, Rachel has been exploring scanography—experimenting with the creative process of using ink, and movement. Her portfolio also includes earlier signed works under the name Rachel du Raan.

    Portrait of Jana Müller
    Fine Art

    Jana Müller

Jana Müller is a Namibian-born, South African artist based in the Western Cape, whose work reflects engagement with place, creativity, and personal expression. Art, for Jana, serves as a means of expressing what words cannot fully articulate. Having lived and worked as a health care professional and educator in Namibia and across several regions in South Africa—including the Eastern Cape, KwaZulu-Natal, Mpumalanga, and the Western Cape—Jana draws inspiration from the diverse landscapes and communities that have informed her perspective. Her work spans a wide range of media, including ink, collage, clay, acrylic and various printmaking techniques such as linocut, copper and drypoint etching, and monoprinting. Jana has participated in group exhibitions in Stellenbosch, Paarl, and Wellington. In 2019, she presented her debut solo exhibition, Alleensaam, at the Breytenbach Art Gallery in Wellington. She continues to share her evolving creative journey on Instagram at @janamuller.art.
